Terms of Use
PrimeContact · Effective and last updated: October 21, 2026 · Türkçe
These terms govern your use of the PrimeContact mobile app (“App”), the PrimeContact admin panel (“Panel”) and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by PrimeContact (“we”), who can be reached at support@primecontact.app. By downloading or using the App you accept these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
PrimeContact lets you work with contacts in VCF (vCard) files. You can:
- import contacts from VCF files into your address book;
- match them against your existing contacts;
- delete the contacts you select;
- export contacts.
With the optional Tasks feature, an organization can send you contact updates through the Panel. These updates are applied only after you approve them. The Service is free, and its features may change over time.
2. Your responsibilities
- Approval and control: deletions and additions always require your confirmation. Reviewing the preview and making a backup when needed are your responsibility.
- Third parties’ data: you must be entitled to process the personal data in the VCF files you import or share, and you are responsible for any legal obligations regarding that data. The App never sends that data off your device.
- Account security (Panel): keep your password secret and turn on two-factor authentication. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized activity.
3. Organizational use (Tasks and Panel)
- An organization that uploads contact lists and sends tasks is the controller of the personal data in those lists.
- It is responsible for having a legal basis to use that data.
- It must inform the people whose details are in the lists.
- It is responsible for the accuracy of the lists.
- The organization must tell its staff about the Tasks feature and the changes it sends.
- Upload only the contacts a task needs. Do not upload special categories of personal data, such as health, religion or biometrics.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service:
- for unlawful purposes or spam;
- to collect other people’s data without authorization;
- to try to bypass its security or access other users’ or organizations’ data;
- to overload its servers;
- to reverse engineer or automate it for abusive purposes.
If you do, we may suspend your access. We welcome good-faith security reports at the address above.
5. Intellectual property
The App, the Panel, their design and the brand belong to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service under these terms. Your own data remains yours.
6. Warranty and liability
- The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every VCF file will be read completely.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- deletions or additions made with your confirmation;
- missing backups;
- the content of third parties’ files;
- indirect damages.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
7. App store terms
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. These stores are not responsible for the App or its support.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App. If you used Tasks, you can first delete your server record with “Turn off tasks and delete my data”. We may end access for uses that break these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page, and we will announce important changes in the App or on the store page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and the right to bring claims before its courts or consumer bodies.
